  • Support and service for already installed/operational equipment as well as for new equipment yet to be installed.
  • Audits and recommendations for equipment already installed/operational.

SERVICE PLANS

Korvis offers three general service plans and each can be tailored to the specific needs of the program:

Level 1 – Base level. Included at no additional cost.

  • Standard warranty includes 6 months on parts.
  • Renewable, 12-month, technical telephone support. Return call guaranteed within 1 business day, generally within 2 hours.
  • Field service guaranteed within 2 business days. Billed hourly.
  • Spare parts program, customer to inventory.

Level 2 – Enhanced base level. Pricing subject to location and specific requirements.

  • Standard warranty includes 6 months on parts.
  • Renewable, 12-month, technical telephone support. Return call guaranteed within 12 hours, 365 days a year.
  • Field service guaranteed within 1 business day. Billed hourly.
  • Spare parts program, customer to inventory.

Level 3 – Premium level. Purchased in annual increments, includes full support. Pricing subject to location and specific requirements.

  • Standard warranty includes 6 months on parts.
  • Renewable, 12-month, technical telephone support. Return call guaranteed within 8 hours, 365 days a year.
  • Field service localized and guaranteed within 1 business day. Limited to only 40 hours a week.
  • Spare parts program, customer or Korvis to inventory.
